Since its establishment in 2004 , UTE (United Technology Establishment) began its journey by supplying general pharmaceutical production lines to local pharmaceutical manufacturing plants. Since then, it has aimed for gradual expansion toward integrated industrial solutions in the pharmaceutical sector.
In 2009, the company took its first step in executing a fully integrated pharmaceutical factory project, in cooperation with leading global companies specializing in turnkey projects.
By 2012, the company had expanded its operations beyond the local market, launching its activities in Sudan by supplying an advanced pharmaceutical production line to one of the factories.
In 2025, Optimum Er was launched in the Ajman Free Zone – United Arab Emirates, as the commercial counterpart specializing in the import of pharmaceutical production lines, in addition to medical supplies, raw materials, and packaging materials.
Since then, the company has carried out strategic projects in several countries around the world, including: Romania, Algeria, Iraq, Turkey, Lebanon, Jordan, Libya, Germany, Ghana, and the United Arab Emirates.
This includes the supply of integrated production lines, execution of cleanroom departments (Clean Rooms), as well as turnkey projects in partnership with top international manufacturers in India, China, Korea, and Vietnam, along with the local technical and engineering team of the establishment.
